From Fantasy to Reality: New Book Release!

Last August over tea my brilliant perinatal therapy colleague Yuliya Golubev invited me to creatively collaborate with her on a book she was working on. Fast forward one year from its conception and our book has been born! "From Fantasy to Reality: Real Talk on Early Motherhood from a Therapist Mom" has just been released on Amazon this week.

It is a creative resource for pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, (and everything in between!) and includes my artwork and creative prompts to help process and integrate Yuliya's rich content from both her lived and clinical experience found in each chapter.
