Today, through the amazing partnership between Whitney Museum of American Art and NYC Health + Hospitals, the HHArt of Medicine team offered our 25th workshop of 2025!! One talented hospital employee generously created this clip about her experience, which we are grateful to be able to share as a sneak peak into the magic that happens when bringing creative healing spaces to work.

As holiday season kicks into high gear, here's a little visual reminder of our capacity as humans who stretch the limits of what is possible every single day. Most of it is invisible or goes unnoticed. But birthing people, creatives, caretakers, parents, healers in all forms create magic, protect purity, and dig deep to lean into growth and resilience in the face of challenge and hardship every single day. It's hard, it's too much, there's not enough support but we are enough. And we carry on anyway.
